Some of you may or may not know that we sponsor Team BRIT.
Team BRIT is a competitive motor racing team consisting of disabled drivers who compete against teams of able-bodied drivers on a totally level playing field. Many are ex or serving military troops who have sustained life-changing injuries and are disabled. Their long-term goal is to compete in Le Mans 24-hour endurance race by 2020, which would put them in the history books for becoming the first ever all-disabled team to do so.
Digital Reflow sponsored them back in 2017 by designing and maintaining their website. We knew how valuable an online presence would be to them, which would help gain support and spread the message to others who may have experienced similar challenges. We have also created websites for KartForce and for some of their drivers that you can see posted on our socials.
We are incredibly proud of all of their achievements and how they have grown into such an astounding racing team.
Our Managing Director, Dan Mitchell said, “It’s been a real pleasure to get involved with the Team BRIT. Living and working in a garrison town we knew we had to offer our help and expertise to this inspirational team. They’re doing so much, for people with disabilities and for people who have experienced major trauma and we are proud to get behind them.”
