A: On average we allocate 1 week for design and 2 weeks for website development. Timeframes all depend on size and scale of the project and speed of client response.

A: Our competitive prices range from a £250 holding page, brochureware website starting at £1,495, a bespoke CMS from £1995 and a larger scale eCommerce website starts at £2,795. All prices depend on type of business, amount of content required and overall website functionality.
Q: Where will my website be hosted?
A: All websites designed and developed by Digital Reflow are hosted on a secure hosting platform; Heroku, owned by the multi-billion dollar company Salesforce.
Q: How much does website hosting cost?
A: Website hosting starts from £5 a month and can go up to as much as £20, depending on the size of the website and its functionality. These costs can be paid and invoiced back to the client by Digital Reflow or we can transfer the hosting cost over depending on client preference.
Q: What process does Digital Reflow work to?
A: Once the client has confirmed the scope of work with Digital Reflow the process begins. This starts with a design brief confirmation, moving on to website design phase and feedback. Next is the website build phase followed by content upload, final client feedback and finishing with the website launch.
Q: Does Digital Reflow provide ongoing support and website maintenance?
A: As an agency Digital Reflow are available for website updates, advice, social media management and any website bugs which need fixing. Once we have completed your website, it is not goodbye, it is only the beginning of our relationship.
Q: What do I get for my money?
A: Not only do you get full ownership of a brand new fully responsive website, as the client, you will also get a fully equipped digital agency with the ability to provide ongoing advice and support.
Q: Who will work with me on my project?
A: Upon confirmation of your business you will be allocated a designated project Account Manager who will be your point of contact throughout the work. This is to ensure continuity, consistency and ultimately a satisfied client.
Q: What are my payment options?
A: Digital Reflow offer a range of payment methods including split monthly/quarterly payments or one-off lump sums. Before work can begin we require 20% deposit of the overall agreed costs. Clients can pay via a BACS money transfer or online/over the phone with a credit or debit card.
