Atlas Adventure offer a variety of school trips from skiing in the Alps to adventure breaks in Wales.

The problem

They had never before ventured into online marketing and approached us to help build a bigger brand awareness, create more leads and take control of their social media. We listened carefully to what Atlas Adventure wanted and expected from a marketing company and came up with a strategy to help accomplish their needs. Atlas Adventure also had a dated, restricting website which they had grown out from. As the business grew they need to have the options to grow the website and really show case the services they have to offer. 

The solution

We have implemented regular posts that run in line with their seasons and linking posts with what is happening in the social media calendar, these have been posted across all of their social media platforms to help create a bigger brand awareness and showcase the work and services Atlas Adventure offer. An important part of any marketing strategy is an email marketing campaign keeping in touch with previous clients about trips they are offering and incentives to spread the word about what Atlas Adventure can offer. 

We also designed and built a new website that really showcased what Atlas Adventure had to offer, giving the freedom to make changes through out the site with our CMS. This was hugely important to the Atlas Team as there trips are constantly changing and evolving through out the year. 
We have been using the guys at Digital Reflow for a while now and are extremely happy with not only the material they produce and the advice that they give but also their work ethic and professionalism. We work in a very niche industry and Andy, Louise, and Georgia have been very quick to understand our business, our customers and the brand we are trying to build. The quality of the work and the timely manner (often with quite complex projects!) that the work is delivered under is exceptional. It is fair to say we are very happy customers and envisage a long, developing relationship building in years to come. We wouldn't go anywhere else now as business to seek digital marketing support and management.
