We approached Upchurch Jewellers at the perfect time whilst carrying out research into local businesses we noticd that Upchurch Jewellers and their sister store, The Gallery at Upchurch, had no real digital presence and a very limited presence on social media. After a few meetings we had the great news of hearing that they had chosen to work with us on re-branding, building two new websites and managing their social media and marketing campaigns.
After a lot of planning and listening to the needs of the Upchurch group we started by creating a clear brand through social media and their new websites, the ultimate aim was to drive footfall to the doors at Upchurch. We achieved this by running various competitions and advertising sales across social media and encouraging shoppers to go through their doors. We covered various events held by Upchurch Jewellers to showcase the excellent service they offer and the wide range of products they have for sale in each of the shops from the prestigious Rolex brand all the way through to high street fashion brands like Thomas Sabo.
